Nia Avdyl

Starting her journey while still in Year 12, she brings energy, ambition and a rare combination of operational discipline, commercial awareness and genuine ease with people to WHITEFOX. 

Nia built her experience from the ground up over three years, moving from auction assistant and corporate reception into sales administration before taking on dual roles as Executive Assistant to a Lead Agent and Auction Associate. Alongside this, she manages property operations for a private residential complex and is completing her third year of a Property Economics and Business degree, majoring in Marketing. 

That mix of practical experience and study gives Nia a sharper view of every campaign. She reads the room, adapts quickly and understands how market strategy, presentation and consumer behaviour shape a result. Comfortable balancing high-volume workloads with complex logistics, she keeps the details moving without losing sight of the people behind the Deal.

Joining WHITEFOX, Nia is excited to bring considered organisation, transparent communication and a proactive approach to every interaction. Her focus is simple: make a demanding process feel clear, seamless and well supported while contributing to a team that values high standards and constant growth. 

Nia balances work and study with workouts, wellness and quick trips to the beach. At home, it is just her and Mer Mer the cat, preferably with an iced long black nearby and a pantry one day organised to Khloé Kardashian standards, labelled, colour-coordinated and perfectly aligned.
